It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced athlete or if you don’t have experience in sports at all, CrossFit is adaptable to you. If you don’t believe it, try it!

At CrossFit Distrito 080 we take care of you, classes with limited participants and coaches that pay personalized attention.
From basic to complex, make the difficult seem easy. We don’t use machines, we create them.

CrossFit is a new method of physical conditioning created by the hands of the best fitness experts in the United States and it’s based on constantly varied functional movements, executed at high and medium intensity.

Functional movements

You will work with your body as a whole, using all the possibilities of it. This training doesn’t isolate muscular work as it happens when we exercise at a conventional gym. The movements that you will practice in CrossFit are the ones that you use in your every day life, for that reason their results are so effective.

Creativity and constant variety of exercises

Forget the routines. Each training is different, you will never get bored when you are training. In addition, you will not allow your body get used to training so every time you train, it will be a new challenge for you.
